• Any refunds will be subjected to an administrative fee of $5.00 and it will be deducted at the time of refund.
• Our refund and returns policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a  refund or partial refund. 
• If we do not conduct the mask fit testing for you due to health or any other reasons, we will refund your full fee including tax on your request except the administrative fee.
• We can not refund your fees if you have paid the fees to another agency, person, work place, educational or any other institution. We are responsible for the refund under this policy document only if you paid the fees through our n95maskfit.com, cprinlondon.ca or Maskfittest.ca websites.
• Any requests for returning fee, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. It will be easy for us to track your payment with the payment proof. You can email us a copy.
