Our fee refund policy

  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or partial refund. This applies only if you did not attend the testing and you request the refund of the fee.
  • If we do not conduct the mask fit testing for you due to health or any other reasons, we will refund your full fee including tax on your request.
  • We can not refund your fees if you have paid the fees to another agency, person, work place, educational or any other institution. We are responsible for the refund under this policy document only if you paid the fees through our Maskfittest.ca website.
  • Any requests for returning fee, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. It will be easy for us to track your payment with the payment proof. You can email us a copy.
